PRODUCT SPECIFICATION STATEMENT

Quality Culvert, Inc. is proud to be listed as a certified product manufacturer by the Plastics Pipe Institute (PPI) Third Party Certification Program. Each pipe diameter 12" - 48" was successfully tested to meet or exceed the requirements of AASHTO M294. In addition, our quality control plan has been verified to be in accordance with PPI's Certification Program.

Quality Culvert, Inc.'s High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) drainage pipe meets or exceeds the applicable requirements of the following standards:

• AASHTO M252 (Type S) for diameters 8" and 10"
• AASHTO M294 (Type S) for diameters 12" through 48"
• ASTM  F405, F667, F477 and D3350

Storm Seal integral gasketed bell and spigot joint for gravity flow storm sewer 8" - 48" diameters has been laboratory certified by an independent third party to meet the specification ASTM D3212. These test results meet or exceed a 10.8 p.s.i. water-tight joint requirement.

Storm Seal pipe utilizes gasket material that is in compliance with ASTM F477.

All material is marked with the appropriate ASTM and AASHTO specifications engraving.
