HDPE PRODUCT SPECIFICATION STATEMENT

Quality Culvert Incorporated is a manufacturer of High Density Polyethylene Pipe products.

Quality Culvert Inc. is proud to be listed on the National Transportation Product Evaluation Program (NTPEP) website having successfully completed audits and product testing by the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) Material Reference Laboratory (NTPEP) audit teams. Our quality systems manual and quality control plan were verified to be in accordance with all AASHTO/NTPEP standards. We remain an outstanding active member of the Plastic Pipe Institute (PPI), Corrugated Plastic Pipe Association (CPPA Division).

Quality Culvert Inc’s High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) drainage, culvert and storm sewer pipe meets or exceeds all applicable AASHTO/AMRL standards and requirements.

• AASHTO M252 (Type S) for diameters 8" (200mm) and 10" (250mm)
• AASHTO M294 (Type S) for diameters 12" (300mm) through 60" (1500mm)
• All applicable ASTM standards

Storm Seal™ integral gasketed bell and spigot joint for gravity flow storm sewer 4” – 60” diameters has been laboratory certified by an independent third party to meet the specifications ASTM D-3212.

Storm Seal™ pipe utilizes gasket material that is in compliance with ASTM F-477.

All material is permanently marked with the appropriate ASTM and AASHTO specifications.
